Did you know? There are 50 restaurants within walking distance of the Cincinnati Convention Center! There is a pedestrian skywalk connecting our Hilton hotel to Macy's, Saks Fifth Ave., Tiffany's, Brooks Brothers, and an indoor mall with many shops, bookstores, and a food court! Cincinnati houses numerous museums, most within walking distance of the Hilton, e.g., National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Cincinnati Museum Center (housing museums of history, natural history & science, children's museum, and an IMAX), Cincinnati Art Museum, and ballpark museums inside the stadiums for the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals!

A ten minute walk, across the Ohio River, lands you in Newport, Kentucky, where you can enjoy the Newport Aquarium, a 20-screen AMC theater complex, many shops and restaurants at Newport on the Levee, old town Covington, and (weather-permitting) riverboat rides! You are certainly welcome and encouraged to pick up information at either the hotel concierge desk or the CAPS registration booth, and plan your own outings.

There will also be sign-up sheets for a few organized Friday night outings, for those who wish to spend the evening with a small group of CAPS friends. The main tour that we are planning will take us through the amazing, world renown National Underground Railroad Freedom Center...a one of a kind, MUST SEE venue when in Cincinnati! Enjoy a nice meal....see some of Cincinnati....join us for FRIDAY NIGHT ON THE TOWN!!
